Dice Creates Service To Assist Customers With Diversity Hiring Needs Job board Dice Inc./(NASDAQ:DICE), has launched two initiatives in an effort to provide better reach to female and other minority technology workers. The DiceDiversity program has been created to help customers find candidates with diverse backgrounds by cross posting open positions to some of the most visited diversity job sites. These web sites include: The Black World Today Careers, WITI Women in Technology International, and Webgrrls International. "Participating in Dice's premiere diversity program, DiceDiversity, allows Webgrrls International to leverage Dice's leading position in the tech sector to reach into corporate America," said Kevin Kennedy, chief executive officer of Webgrrls International. "Working with Dice will ensure that women, our members, are aware of and have access to, the available jobs in the marketplace." Dice has also partnered with various technology sites in the fields of aerospace, biotech, engineering, security and healthcare technology in an effort to provide its customers with the ability to find candidates for all sectors of the technology industry. "These agreements address the growing need of our customer base to access a broader audience of technology talent," said Jason Medick, director of marketing for Dice. "Working with such a strong group of Web sites ensures that our clients' job openings are more broadly advertised to an international base of technically savvy female and minority candidates." |
