DHR International Recruits Director For Aerojet

Joseph G. Christman, executive vice president and director of the space and communications global practice of Chicago-based search firm DHR International, has placed Dr. Terry Higbee as the director of programs, Aerojet C41 and Information Systems Group, of Aerojet. Dr. Higbee previously served as chief scientist and director, research and technology for the Space and Surveillance Organization, at General Dynamic Electronics Systems. Aerojet is developing the Strutjet Rocket-Based Combined Cycle (RBCC) engine for NASA.
