Canada's E-Cruiter Inc./(NASDAQ:ECRU), a provider of Web-powered hiring management systems, has partnered with HotJob.ca, the Canadian unit of New York City-based Hotjobs.com, a provider of online career management resources. The partnership is intended to provide increased reach for North American clients using E-Cruiter Web-based hiring management services.
