TA Associates Invests $40 Million In Lawson Software

Private equity firm TA Associates, has completed a $40 million investment in Lawson Software, a St. Paul, MN-based provider of integrated e-business solutions to service sector industries. St. Paul Venture Capital also participated in the financing. The investment was made to support Lawson's growth.
