E-Cruiter.com Buys OMNIpartners And Affiliates

Ottawa, Canada-based recruitment solutions firm E-Cruiter.com has acquired OMNIpartners, a research firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and its affiliates, as part of E-Cruiter.com's expansion in the U.S. OMNIPartners, which has offices in Las Vegas and Lancaster, PA, in addition to its Florida headquarters, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of E-Cruiter.com. Terms of the all-stock transaction were not disclosed. The deal has been approved by the board of directors of both companies and is expected to close shortly, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. Earlier this year, E-Cruiter.com acquired Paula Allen Holdings, Inc.
