Vault Launches Consulting Unit For HR Departments, Job Seekers

New York City-based Vault.com, a provider of recruitment and career services, is launching a consulting division. Headed by Dr. Howard Leifman, the company's former vice president of human resources, and formerly a principal and national director for strategic staffing and recruiting for William M. Mercer, will head the business. Services offered include: recruiting strategy consulting; corporate recruiting web site consulting; survey consulting and implementation; outplacement services and counseling; and behavioral interview training.
