Headhunter.net Secures $7.5 Million Credit Facility

Online recruiting and job awareness network Headhunter.net has secured a $7.5 million credit facility through Wachovia's Emerging Companies' Group. The facility includes a funding of a $5 million term loan and the availability of a $2.5 million revolving credit line. The money will be used to provide capital resources to invest in growth. In a separate announcement, Headhunter.net is integrating its resume database with the professional edition service of Webhire, a maker of Web-based recruitment software. Headhunter and Webhire will also jointly market and promote Headhunter.net's posting services and Webhire's Internet recruiting applications to each otheršs base of customers.
