TMP Worldwide To Trade On NASDAQ Europe

Recruitment solutions firm and Yellow Pages advertiser TMP Worldwide, Inc./(NASDAQ:TMPW) will be traded on NASDAQ Europe effective May 8, 2001. The New York City headquartered company, which has traded on NASDAQ since December 1996, is one of 37 companies to be added to trading on NASDAQ Europe, the Belgium-based, pan-European stock exchange formerly known as EASDAQ. The addition of new companies is part of NASDAQ Europe's strategy to create a more integrated and accessible environment for the trading of international securities in Europe.
