Heidrick & Struggles Recruits Shaheen, Ex-Webvan CEO, To Tality Board

George Shaheen, the former chief executive of online grocer Webvan Group, Inc. and earlier the chief of Andersen Consulting, has been recruited to the board of Tality Corporation by executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc./(NASDAQ:HSII). A subsidiary of Cadence Design Systems, Tality is a provider of engineering services for the design of complex electronic systems and integrated circuits.
