Joan Colten, a former vice president at London, England-based retained executive search firm Baines Gwinner, has joined Ogilvy Public Relations as director of recruitment. Based in New York City, Ms. Colten is responsible for recruiting senior-level talent for the firm's 49 offices across the United States, Asia and Europe.
