People Management NorthEast Seeks CEO For Connecticut Economic Alliance

Retained executive search firm People Management NorthEast, a partner company of job-fit consultancy People Management International LLC (www.jobfit-pmi.com), is seeking a chief executive of the MetroHartford Regional Economic Alliance, Inc. A creation of the MetroHartford Chamber of Commerce and the Connecticut Capitol Region Growth Council, the MetroHartford Regional Economic Alliance's mission is to build an organizational structure and operational process that enables the Chamber and the Growth Council to maximize their contributions to the region. Steve Darter, People Management NE president, and search consultants Brian Beaudin and Karla Hammond are spearheading the search. "This is a new organization, so there's no blueprint for how it will operate," says Mr. Darter.
