SkillSet Software Completes Acquisition Of Scarborough Enterprises

SkillSet Software, a maker of human-resources software applications that automate the recruiting process, has acquired Scarborough Enterprises, Inc., a developer of applicant tracking software solutions. The deal brings to SkillSet SEI's web-based hiring application that allows companies to create job openings, post them to a corporate Intranet, website and third-party job boards. It also helps in tracking applicant progress throughout the hiring process. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
