Spintopia.com, a maker of an application service provider software for hiring, has received $2.85 million in funding in a round led by Discovery Capital Corp. Discovery has invested $1 million directory and another $1 million through its Exceptional Technologies Fund 5 Inc. Other participating investors are Belkorp Industries Inc. of Vancouver. Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Spintopia.com's flagship product is Vision2Hire.
