Heidrick & Struggles International Places Travers As CEO Agillion Corporation

Jim Travers is the new president and chief executive officer of Agillion Corporation, a Web service that helps growing businesses sell, serve and keep customers using two-way customized Web pages. Heidrick & Struggles International/(NASDAQ:HSII) vice chairman John Thompson recruited Mr. Travers to Agillion from Harbinger Corporation, a global e-commerce company that merged with Peregrine systems in June 2000. Agillion's investors include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Hambrecht & Quist and Cisco Systems.
