Manhattan-based retained executive search firm Herbert Mines Associates has recruited Carlos Alberini to the post of president and chief operating officer of clothes-and-home-furnishings maker Guess? Mr. Alberini joins the Los Angeles-based company from Footstar, Inc., where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer.
