Hire.com Unveils Technology To Combine Finding, Marketing, Screening and Hiring

Austin, TX-based recruitment solutions provider Hire.com is launching a new product, dubbed "TalentSource." It combines Hire.com's core product, e-Recruiter, with two new services, TalentProfiles and TalentCast. TalentProfiles, a software created by San Diego-based Advanced Recruitment Technology, a firm acquired by Hire.com earlier in 2000, searches the World Wide Web for candidates meeting specific criteria. TalentCast lets employers reach out to specific pools of candidates at targeted Websites or online communities. As part of the launch, clients are provided with human helpers who, for a limited time, use the technologies to employers recruit.
