Watson Wyatt & Company Holdings Acquires Boutique Consulting Firm

Human capital consulting firm Watson Wyatt & Company Holdings has purchased Talisman Technologies Corp., a Reston, VA-headquartered boutique consulting firm that specializes in advising clients on Web-based recruiting and staffing. The acquisition is intended to augment Watson Wyatt's capabilities in e HR, a service that helps clients integrate technology into human resources and hiring practices. Talisman Technologies was founded in 1993 by Jane Paradiso. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
