Korn/Ferry International Recruits Ex-Ameritrade CEO To Campus Pipeline

David Nosal, managing director of executive search firm Korn/Ferry International's/(NASDAQ:KFY) northwest region, has completed the search for a chief executive at Campus Pipeline, Inc., a provider of Internet infrastructures for colleges and universities. Thomas Lewis, Jr, the former CEO of Ameritrade Holding Corp., is the new chief executive and chairman of the board of directors for Salt Lake City-based Campus Pipeline, Inc.
