The Bureau Of National Affairs Acquires Kennedy Information

Washington D.C. based-publisher, The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., announced today its acquisition of Kennedy Information, publisher of newsletter Executive Recruiter News, as well as other consulting, executive search and recruiting industry- related materials. According to a press release, BNA paid $47.7 million, including cash and assumed liabilities, for the Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire based company. Founded in 1970, Kennedy Information has revenues of $15 million and a staff of 70 employees.
