The Web-based program, which resides on jobs.com's servers, includes such features as self-serve postings; an human-resources administrator for creating multiple user-names, updating company listings, and purchasing services; e-mail management, for creating automated e-mail messages; resume management, for organizing and sorting incoming resumes and creating a corporate resume bank; applicant tracking to sort applicants by fields and follow a candidate's progress through the interview process; and activity reports to monitor interest in postings. The company has not changed the cost of its job postings, says a spokesman. |
