Heidrick & Struggles Places Board Member For Dell Computer Corp.

Consultants at retained search firm Heidrick & Struggles International/(NASDAQ:HSII) have recruited William H. 'Bill' Gray III, president and CEO of the United Negro College Fund since 1991, to the board of directors at Dell Computer Corporation. Mr. Gray currently also serves of the boards of EDS, Chase Manhattan Bank, Rockwell, Viacom, Visteon, and Warner Lambert.
