Dickinson Named President, CEO Of Smith James Group

Michael Smith and James Soutouras, founders of and partners in Roswell, GA-based executive search firm Smith James Group have appointed Dennis Dickinson president and CEO of the firm. Mr. Dickinson assumes management of the day-to-day operations and oversees employees in administration, business, development, project management, research, and recruiting, as well as planning long-term growth strategies. Messrs. Smith and Soutouras will remain as senior partners and serve on the board of directors, focusing on business and client development. Prior to joining the firm, Dickinson was co-founder and senior partner at Dickinson & DiLuzio, LLC in Atlanta.
