Korn/Ferry International Recruits Shipyard CEO

Ronald McAlear, an executive with Litton Avondale Industries, is the new chief executive of Kvaerner PLC's Philadelphia shipyard. Korn/Ferry International/(NASDAQ:KFY) search consultants William Tobin and Joseph Kirby, based in Washington, D.C., recruited Mr. McAlear to the post overseeing the shipbuilding facility at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. Kvaerner's Philadelphia shipyard is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kvaerner ASA, operated by Kvaerner PLC in London.
