Heidrick & Struggles International To Find MyPoints.com New CEO

Internet company MyPoints.com has retained executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International/(NASDAQ:HSII) to find a replacement for chief executive Steve Markowitz, whose resignation was announced November 2. Mr. Markowitz will remain as chairman of the board of directors through the end of the year and as a director thereafter. Lisa Maibach, a partner in Heidrick's Emeryville, CA office is leading the search.
